Safari vehicles rumble along the reserve’s dusty roads in search of cheetah, dark-maned Kalahari lions, brown hyena and herds of buffalo. Travel on foot, meandering across silent dunes, in the hope of spotting the desert-adapted black rhino. Horseback safaris take guests among the seldom-seen roan and sable antelope, tsessebe, and Hartmann’s mountain zebra. Small predators, such as the Cape fox, bat-eared fox and lynx, wander the landscape by night.
