The Unit is situated on the 6th floor with immaculate sea views. The unit has 3 large bedrooms with two bathrooms. The living area is open plan encouraging family time weather you are on the balcony, kitchen, living room or dining room you will comfortably enjoy family time together.

The Unit is self catering, however is equipped with the kitchen / bedroom essentials including bath towels, swimming towels and basic bathroom toiletries such as toilet paper, shower gel and hand wash.

This beautiful property features a fabulous location,  a (80m) walk with get you to all the swimming beaches (no crossing roads),  a (500m) walk will get you to the village. Grocery stores are available in Umhlanga Chartwell Center:  Woolworths, or PicknPay , with an option of delivery.

There is secure on site parking for a maximum of 2 cars, the Unit has private access to the beach / promenade from within the Complex.

The Unit is fully accessible and includes the entire unit and all of the amenities the Complex offers including the Braai area, resort style pool area and the parking bays allocated accordingly.

The Complex has 24 hour Manned Security with gate access control.

Only two cars are permitted on the property for the duration of the stay.
