Villa Larimar is an Ideally located, private and discreet villa in Clifton near Camps Bay beach, with magnificent sea and beach views. It has a large patio/terrace and a balcony on the first floor.
Home to Millionaire’s Row, fashionable Clifton is known as Cape Town’s St Tropez, and its four beautiful beaches are very attractive with Yachts floating on a turquoise ocean, white, sandy beaches and beautiful bodies all make up Clifton’s reputation as the French Riviera of South Africa.
The gorgeous sea-facing apartments of Clifton are said to be some of the most sought-after real estate in the world. This snazzy little suburb offers spectacular ocean views and is close to not one, but four spectacular swimming beaches.

In the four bedrooms, all of which have en-suite bathrooms, There are two bedrooms with king beds: a master suite with its own furnished deck, and a pool suite with views to the Atlantic. The other two bedrooms are garden suites, with two twin beds each that can be converted to king beds, and views of the beautifully maintained boxwood, fuchsia, agapanthus and Japanese anemone plantings.

Villa Larimar is less than a 5-minute walk from the white sands of Clifton 4th Beach and the oceanfront restaurants and upscale boutiques of downtown Clifton.
